We will do our best to answer your submission in a timely manner. However, we sometimes get an overload of inquiries, and cannot contact everyone, each time we have a puppy available. If you are serious about purchasing a puppy from us, please contact us by PHONE at (563) 923-4050 after 7PM. Or (319) 241-2433 Cell Anytime between 7 AM-7PM I will return your call at my next break time at work. All adopting families must fill out this Questionnaire before being considered for a puppy.
